Bercen ASA Pilot Facilities

Bercen, through its Research and Development department, continuously explores new and innovative methods for ASA manufacturing.

In order to ensure successful scale-up from the lab bench to our ASA production, Bercen has an on-site pilot plant. 

One unit allows experimentation with varying operating conditions and catalysts for our isomerization unit.  The second unit is a 75 liter ASA reactor. Bercen collaborates with our ASA partners in exploring ideas to improve the quality and performance of ASA.
