BERCHEM® 4000

(Technical Data) – is a nonionic polyethylene emulsion, primarily designed to impart superior lubricating properties to coating formulations used for paper and paperboard. Applications of BERCHEM® 4000 at the calender stack’s water box prevent sticking and picking. Its wide compatibility with other chemicals makes it adaptable to most formulations where lubricity is required.

BERCHEM® 4060

(Technical Data) – is a modified high solids, nonionic, polyethylene emulsion, designed for use in starch, casein, or latex coatings. BERCHEM® 4060, when added to the coating, improves the flow characteristics, reducing or eliminating the excessive viscosity build often associated with conventional stearate-based lubricants.

BERCHEM® 4095

(Technical Data) – is a patented, diglyceride-based, 100% active coating lubricant designed specifically to improve the runnability of high speed coaters. Its unique molecular composition imparts rheological and water holding characteristics to all types of paper coating formulations. BERCHEM® 4095 effectively reduces or eliminates such problems as streaking, whiskering, and blade weeping. In addition, BERCHEM® 4095 also provides a better printing surface and improved sheet gloss.

BERCHEM® 4113

(Technical Data) – is a patented, diglyceride based, 100% active coating lubricant designed to provide excellent lubrication without affecting the viscosity of the coating. BERCHEM® 4113 will reduce or eliminate such problems as streaking, whiskering, and blade weeping, as well as dusting and scaling at the supercalender. In addition, BERCHEM® 4113 will give improved sheet gloss and a better printing surface.

BERCHEM® 4126

(Technical Data) – BERCHEM® 4126 is a newly developed coating lubricant for use with all types of paper coating formulations and equipment. BERCHEM® 4126 is 100% active and was designed to eliminate streaking and blade weeping. Use of BERCHEM® 4126 will reduce or eliminate dusting and scaling on the supercalender and provides improved gloss. The smooth surface produced with BERCHEM® 4126 provides a better printing surface.

BERCHEM® 4136

(Technical Data) – is the next generation of 100% active diglyceride based coating additives for the paper industry. BERCHEM® 4136 is specially formulated to provide superior rheological control of the coating. BERCHEM® 4136 has proven to reduce scratches and streaks on the paper coated sheet.

BERCHEM® 4269

(Technical Data) BERCHEM® 4269 is a nonionic polyethylene emulsion, primarily designed to impart superior lubricating properties to coating formulations used for paper and paperboard. BERCHEM® 4269 is applied alone as a functional coating or used as a component in other coating or saturating formulations. Its wide compatibility with other chemicals makes it adaptable to most formulations where lubricity is required.

BERCHEM® 4552

(Technical Data) – is a patented, diglyceride-based coating lubricant designed to be used with all types of paper coating formulations and equipment. BERCHEM® 4552 was designed to reduce and eliminate such problems as streaking, whiskering and blade weeping, as well as dusting and scaling at the supercalender.
