ISO 9001:2008 Certification

The Quality Management System (QMS) of Bercen, Inc. has been certified to the ISO 9000 Standards since 1999 and is currently certified to ISO 9001:2008 by Bureau Veritas Certification. This International Standard is the model used by Bercen, Inc. to achieve exceptional customer service, improve product quality and enhance customer satisfaction.

Latest Update:  Bercen, Inc. successfully passed their ISO 9001-2008 Surveillance Audit in September 2009.  There were no major or minor nonconformances raised during this audit.  Bercen was recommended for continued registration under the ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System.  The next scheduled audit will occur in September 2010.
