This International Standard is the model used by Bercen, Inc. to achieve exceptional customer service, improve product quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
Latest Update: Bercen, Inc. successfully passed their ISO 9001-2008 Surveillance Audit in October 2010. There were no major or minor nonconformances raised during this audit. Bercen was recommended for continued registration under the ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System. The next surveillance audit is tentatively scheduled for October 3, 2011.
